How Jamie Carragher celebrated when Mohamed Salah scored for Liverpool in Champions League final

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher may no be longer be playing for the Reds, but that didn't stop him celebrating his former side's first goal in the Champions League final.

Jurgen Klopp's side got off to the perfect start in the showdown in Madrid, with Mohamed Salah's penalty after just two minutes firing them ahead against Spurs at Atletico Madrid's Wanda Metropolitano Stadium.

Carragher spent 17-years at Anfield and was a part of the last Reds side to claim the European Cup.

But despite having been retired from football since 2013, the 41-year-old's love for the club is still as passionate as ever.

And in a video posted by Viasport Football presenter Jan Aage Fjortoft on Twitter , the former defender can been seen celebrating Liverpool's goal like every other Reds fan around the globe - leaping high up out of his seat, cheering and punching the air.

Carragher is at the game working a TV pundit for the Norwegian television channel, and has been joined fellow Reds legends, Robbie Fowler and Steven Gerrard, throughout their coverage from the Spanish capital.
