Dozens of deaths have been linked to a record-breaking heatwave in the western US and Canada. The US president, Joe Biden, has blamed the climate crisis for also causing blackouts and wildfires. In Canada, the temperature hit 49.6C (121.1F) in the town of Lytton, British Columbia.

We would like to hear from those affected as well as those working in the emergency services.
