How has lockdown been for you? Take part in our Big Reflection Survey

Although the remaining Covid-19 legal restrictions in England were lifted this week - life is far from back to normal.

From face masks on public transport to working from home, life in 2021 seems almost unrecognisable from February 2020.

Today it was announced that the North East is set to receive an “enhanced government response” in a bid to bring down Covid infection rates and bolster a faltering vaccination take-up programme, in a reminder that the pandemic is far from over.

The region still has some of the highest infection rate s in the country, with Teesside now England’s virus hotspot and South Tyneside and Sunderland having the sixth and seventh highest rates of infection in the country.

As we reach almost 18 months since the first lockdown was introduced, our new survey gives you a chance to reflect on how your life has changed.

We want to know how you feel about still wearing a mask, how much you have stuck to the rules this year, your concerns about another wave, and when you think things will return to normal - if ever.

We also want to hear about how the pandemic has affected your work and family life - and how you think the Government has handled the crisis.

How do you feel about the ongoing Covid battle and how the situation has changed throughout the pandemic? Have your say in our survey below
