Mason Mount has given Frank Lampard an almighty headache ahead of next campaign after his sparkling form in pre-season so far.
Netting in the 4-0 win over St Patrick's Athletic in Ireland last week, the youngster made a huge impression in the 1-0 defeat against Kawasaki Frontale with a very promising display.
Mount was excellent in the game and he was unlucky not to find the back of the net after getting on the end of Michy Batshuayi's pass.
If indeed he does play week in, week out for Chelsea next season, the player will be looking to follow in the footsteps of Frank Lampard by timing his runs into the box to perfection.
Well, the new head coach is already helping the 20-year-old enhance his game by talking to him about getting into the area.
Lampard's goals at Chelsea saw he become a firm favourite during his time at Stamford Bridge and Mount will be hoping he can enjoy the success his boss did during his playing days by following his advice.
"Being a midfielder and being at Chelsea you obviously look at him as a role model," he told Sky Sports News .
"For me working with him last year, and also this year, I have learnt so much off him.

"Speaking with him day in, day out I've been getting little stuff off his game, like him talking to me and telling me how to get into the box.
"I'm learning off him every day and it's very exciting.
"You can see the group of players that we have is world class.
"For me coming into this team and working with them each day - I'm learning off them and that's the best thing for me at the moment.
"It doesn't matter how old you are, if you are ready and he thinks you are good enough then he's going to put you in there."
