The rules of the UK lockdown are changing, and some Brits will soon be allowed to travel to outdoor spaces.
Up until this week non-essential journeys have not been allowed, with people ordered to stay in their homes unless going to work, exercising for an hour, shopping for groceries or helping a vulnerable person.
On Wednesday 13 May the rules will be relaxed, and people in England will be allowed to travel by car to outdoor destinations for unlimited exercise.
They will be allowed to sit in parks and even play sport with members of their own household.
How far can you travel?
In England there is no limit on how far you can travel to an outdoor space - as long as you respect social distancing rules once you're there.
You must ensure that you do not come within two metres of anybody who is not from your household, as this would risk you spreading the virus.
You should not cross the border into Wales or Scotland, as they have different rules.
But you can drive to the countryside for a walk, visit a quiet beach or go on a day-trip with members of your household.
Can you travel abroad?
The FCO still advises against all but essential foreign travel, and the government has announced that there will soon be a 14 day quarantine period for travellers arriving in the UK.
This means that holidaymakers will have to remain in their homes for two weeks after they arrive back from their trip.
It is not yet known how long this quarantine rule will remain in place.
