This week's question I know this is an age-old problem, but how do you find a handyman who will turn up when he says and do the job properly? My window has been leaking water, and each time I call someone they promise to come along but don't actually turn up. It has happened three times now. I'm quite happy to pay extra if I knew I wasn't going to be messed around. Please help!
