The cost of being a wedding guest in the US has never been more expensive. There’s the travel costs, buying an outfit and that’s before you even consider paying for the hotel.

As the cost of living in the US continues to rise, we want to hear from guests worrying about being able to afford their friend’s wedding. Is this you?

If so, what is the most you have shelled out on another person’s wedding? How do you feel about spending your hard-earned on a new outfit or present? How much is too much and how much is the right amount to spend on going to a wedding?
