It’s taps aff for the Easter bank holiday weekend, which can only mean one thing.
On top of the increased risk of finding melted chocolate in your handbag, many Edinburghers’ will spend this weekend sunning themselves in one of the city’s beer gardens.
What’s better than booze and chocolates? The two combined of course. Edinburgh bar and restaurant Angels Share just announced a brand new creme egg-inspired cocktail on their menu.
The new drink recreates the iconic chocolate egg with a combination of sweet and creamy liqueurs, including Cacao Dark, Cacao White, and Smirnoff Vanilla. There’s even a creme egg garnish to boot.

Easter eggs only come once a year, and this drink has a similar timestamp. Cocktail lovers have until Monday to sample a taste.
While you’re enjoying your drink on the Angels Share terrace, there are also prizes to be won.
Guests who take photos of the cocktail and share them online will be entered into multiple competitions being run by the bar.
