Worried Saturday Night Takeaway fans took to Twitter after it was announced that host Declan Donnelly had suffered an injury.
Viewers were concerned after guest announcer Alesha Dixon introduced Dec and his co-host Ant McPartlin to the stage at the start of the show.
She sparked worry after saying Dec, 45, has hurt his back.
Singer Alesha announced Ant, who bounded energetically into view, by saying 'guess who's back?, it's the one and only Ant McPartlin.'
And, welcoming Dec, the Britain's Got Talent judge added: "Guess who's really hurt their back?"
And Dec appeared clutching his back while appearing to grimace in pain on the Saturday night family entertainment show.
As Dec joined Ant on the stage his pal asked: "Are you okay?
"Has Dec actually hurt his back?" asked one worried fan on Twitter about the tell favourite.
"Awww bless Dec has hurt his back and he's fully carrying on as he usually would like the trooper he is," said another.
"Dec's back hurts? BRO ME TOO," said another viewer in solidarity.
It was later explained by Ant that Dec had injured his back playing basketball last Saturday.
"I'm fine now thanks for asking," smiled Dec.
