The 2018 season was largely a disaster for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Yes, there were some incredible individual performances like those of Ben Roethlisberger, T.J. Watt and JuJu Smith-Schuster. But as a team, the Steelers didn’t accomplish their goal and ended the year with a ton of drama, even by their standards. Knowing this, how confident are you in the front office to right the ship in the offseason?
The core of this team is very talented. Guys like Roethlisberger, Watt and Smith-Schuster are elite and they are surrounded by a ton of players. The offensive line should be dominant again and you have to assume defensive Keith Butler will get the defense figured out this season.
But there is the matter of Antonio Brown and what to do with him. As well as Le’Veon Bell. Both are incredible talents but are either of them worth the headache and financial commitment?
