Celtic could secure the Premiership league title this weekend against Hibs if things go according to plan.

Rangers face Hearts on Saturday and Steven Gerrard's men must pick up three points against the Jambos if they are to have any chance of preventing the Hoops from clinching their eighth Premiership crown in a row 24 hours later.
Celtic also make the trip to Edinburgh on Sunday and a win against Neil Lennon's former employers, coupled with the Light Blues dropping points, would make it official.

However, a Rangers win at Tynecastle would mean Celtic's title celebrations will be delayed until a later date.
But if both sides win this weekend, the Celts will know a victory against Kilmarnock at home the following week, will finally secure the coveted piece of silverware.
