How Carlos Corberan is keeping Leeds United youngsters on their toes during lockdown

The video calling app Zoom has never been more popular, with the vast majority of the country now being told to work from home.

Daily conference calls are taking place from people's kitchens, sheds and spare bedrooms as the coronavirus outbreak makes us all re-evaluate our working practices.

As for the job of a professional footballer, well it isn't really one that can be done from home.

Nevertheless, players up and down the country are having to make do - and Leeds United's youngsters are no different.

The club's under-23s, bossed by Carlos Corberan, have been busy keeping on top of their fitness by all dialling into a joint Zoom call.

And the club shared a video on Sunday, on their official Twitter page, of the under-23s doing their group fitness work.

Some were in the comfort of their bedrooms, others chose to set up camp in their garage while some chose to breathe in the fresh air and do the work-outs outside.

The work-outs certainly had LUFC fans talking.

Below are some of the comments.

@miffy0811_a - OMG, shattered just watching. Stay safe and well all.

@Ianpguy - Sign me up to this I need to get in shape

@Mital_KE - Even Covid-19 would fear Bielsa's rigorous training workouts.

@LynneandRob1 - Needs the Benny Hill theme tune!
