As police urge people not to join in-person vigils for Sarah Everard, whose body was found on Friday after she disappeared while walking home last week, thousands of women are finding other ways to mark the moment.
Everard’s suspected kidnap and murder has sparked outrage over the safety of women on the UK’s streets, as well as an outpouring of condolences for her family and loved ones.
