It is Spurs' first trophy in 17 years.

As a result of their victory this evening, the North London club will now compete in the UEFA Super Cup final, where they will face the winner of the Champions League final, which is played out a week on Saturday between Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan in Munich.
The Super Cup showdown takes place Wednesday, August 13, at Stadio Friuli, home of Serie A outfit Udinese.
