How about a digital rights

How about a digital rights management system that would let you watch a movie on your PC in London but not if you were in Manchester or anywhere else? Or an e-mail that was readable in Manchester, UK, but not in Manchester, New Hampshire? Simple: just tie the encryption to the GPS global positioning satellite system.
