Houthi Deputy Foreign Minister has issued a warning to the United States and the United Kingdom regarding potential severe repercussions. The militant group is claiming to have launched retaliatory attacks in response to recent military strikes targeting their sites. Various locations have been targeted in the town of Taiz, the port city of Hudaydah, near the border with Saudi Arabia, the town of Sadr, and around the capital city of Sana'a.
The attacks were aimed at radar sites, ballistic missile launch and storage sites, cruise missile launch and storage sites, as well as drone launch and storage sites. According to reports, these strikes have been initiated to send a message and degrade the Houthis' capability to target shipping in the Red Sea.
The United Kingdom deployed typhoon fighter jets, which targeted two separate sites, while the United States utilized missiles and fighter aircraft to target other locations.
