Going into the 2020 season, Jacob Martin said it was his goal to record double-digit sacks on the year. Although he did not come close to accomplishing his objective, Martin’s finished last season tied for the third-most sacks on the team.
Talent has never been an issue for Martin. But finding snaps among several veteran players at linebacker was the primary reason why the 25-year-old prodigy rarely saw the field in his first two seasons in Houston.
