Houston Roughnecks player drops F-bomb on TV to roast Landry Jones

Several weeks into the XFL season, the general novelty of the new league has worn off. The kickoff rules are cool. The in-game interviews and live microphones make for entertaining moments. But generally, you’re left watching players like Landry Jones continue to be bad at football.

The former Oklahoma and current Dallas Renegades quarterback didn’t exactly have a great day during Sunday’s XFL matchup against the Houston Roughnecks.

It got so bad that Jones had opposing players mocking him on the live microphones.

Jones’ day started with an interception on three straight drives, which is bad. And when the Fox broadcast panned over to the Houston bench, former NFL defensive back Charles James II said on live TV what every Dallas Renegades fan (they exist, I assume) was thinking. (Warning: NSFW language)

Ouch.

But to be fair, James had a point. Landry looked awful out there.
