Arsenal have been linked with a host of players already and we still have over a month left of this summer’s transfer window.
Mikel Arteta is preparing for his first full season in charge of the Gunners after an impressive short stint as the club’s manager already.
Arteta led his squad to an FA Cup triumph as well as the side beginning to truly take to the Spaniard’s style of play.
As mentioned before, the Gunners have been linked with a variety of players already, and we’ve taken a look at the latest SkyBet odds to see who they are tipped to bring in before the new season gets underway.
Dayot Upamecano - 2/1
The French defender has established himself as one of the most sought-after centre-backs in European football after his fantastic season with RB Leipzig.
Upamecano impressed massively in Leipzig’s 2-1 victory over Atletico Madrid earlier this month and Arsenal are down as favourites for his signature.
The Gunners are just 2/1 to sign the 21-year-old, with Bayern Munich valued at 3/1, Manchester City at 8/1 and Manchester United at 14/1.
Houssem Aouar - 3/1
Lyon midfielder Aouar is reportedly subject of a bid from the Gunners, with Matteo Guendouzi perhaps going the other way.
That’s why SkyBet have his odds valued so low, but Arsenal are still not rated as the favourites for the 22-year-old’s signature.
Manchester City are priced at just 9/4 to sign Aouar, with the Gunners at 3/1, Juventus at 8/1 and Liverpool at 12/1.
Odsonne Edouard - 4/1
Edouard had a fine season for Celtic last time around and led the Bhoys to Scottish Premier League success.
The French striker has been linked with various clubs, as a result of his sensational form, with Arsenal being one of them.
The 22-year-old is at 4/1 to move to the Emirates Stadium, but Neil Lennon’s side are very determined to keep hold of him at this stage, it seems.
Jack Grealish - 5/1
Grealish was perhaps the main reason why Aston Villa managed to stay in the Premier League against all odds last season.
The bookmakers have Manchester United as favourites to sign the English midfielder, at 4/1, but have Arsenal slightly higher than that - at 5/1.
The 24-year-old managed to score eight times and set up six goals during his first season back in the top-flight.
John Stones - 6/1
The Manchester City defender is well out-of-favour at the Etihad Stadium and Arsenal are one of the clubs tipped to sign him.
However, Chelsea and West Ham United are shorter odds for Stones’ next club, at 3/1 and 4/1 respectively.
The Gunners, though, are at a slightly higher 6/1, and if it did happen - it could be a good move for both club and player.
