North Wales housing association Adra is looking to recruit a minimum of 20 more workers and three apprentices for their repairs team.
The jobs drive comes as the Gwynedd based social housing landlord looks to take on more staff to help them deliver their exciting growth plans.
They are encouraging women and other minority groups that are underrepresented in their work force to apply.
Adra has arranged a Virtual Jobs Fair next week and positions include plumbers, electricians and labourers.
Mair Williams, human resources and organisational development manager at Adra said: “This is one of the biggest recruitment campaigns we’ve run within our repairs team, which is why we’ve arranged a virtual Jobs Fair so that we can meet everyone who’s interested in joining us.
“Last year we had a very successful jobs fair for our repairs team but because of COVID we will be doing it virtually this year. We are extremely interested in receiving applications from women and other minority groups that are underrepresented in our work force as well as people who are our customers or tenants.”
This is connected to Adra’s Employment and Skills Academy called Academi Adra.
Academi Adra has the aim of supporting more than 60 young people to develop new skills and access work opportunities across North Wales by 2022.
