Those who are yet to complete the Census 2021 have just days left before the deadline - or else they risk a 1,000 fine.
While 'Census Day' on March 21 has been and gone, the official closing date for the online form is Monday, May 24.
The mandatory questionnaire takes place once every 10 years to give a picture of all the people and households living in England and Wales.
The Census helps organisations make decisions on planning and funding public services, including transport, education and healthcare.
According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), a total of 97 per cent of households across England and Wales have already taken part in the census.
But because it is a legal requirement to supply the information, those who fail to fill it out could land a £1,000 fine.
It is also a criminal offence to supply incorrect information - so be sure to be accurate.
If you still haven't completed it, then it's important to try to fill it out as soon as possible.
You can go online where you will be required to submit your special access code. This will have been provided in a letter through the post.
And if you've lost it, you can also request a new one online.
You can also request a paper census questionnaire to be sent to your address, which can be completed after May 24.
Officials say it takes about 10 minutes to complete.
According to Census.co.uk, anyone who doesn't complete the form will have a census officer get in touch with them.
Further failure to comply could lead to prosecution.
