Gardai investigating the disappearance of a teenager have sealed off a house in Co Louth.
Officers fear the missing 17-year-old may have been murdered and his body dismembered.
A crime scene has now been set up and a forensic team are examining the house at Rathmullen Park, Drogheda, as part of the investigation, RTE reports.
It follows the second discovery of human limbs in Dublin on Wednesday.
Body parts were found inside a burning vehicle on Trinity Terrace, off Clonliffe Avenue, Drumcondra.
Detectives believe that incident is linked to the discovery of more human remains in Coolock on Monday night.
The identity of the victim has not been confirmed but gardai fear they may belong to the missing teenage boy.
The teen was reported missing on Sunday night and is believed to have links with the deadly Drogheda feud.
Speaking on Wednesday morning, a garda spokeswoman said: "Gardaí are currently at the scene of a burnt out vehicle that was located on Trinity Terrace, off Clonliffe Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin 3 in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday 15th January, 2020.
"Partial body remains have been located in this burnt out vehicle and due to the nature of the incident it will be some time before proper identification can be confirmed.
"The Garda Technical Bureau have been notified and the Office of the State Pathologist and the Coroner have been notified.
"The assistance of Forensic Science Ireland will also be sought."
