A house located next to Manchester United's training ground is up for sale - and it comes with its own bar.
The attractive six-bedroom property is being sold for £750,000 and overlooks The Cliff in Salford.
Manchester United's first team trained there until 1999 and it still hosts the club's women's and youth teams.
The semi-detached house boasts an indoor pool, sauna and sun terrace - ideal for hosting friends and family when there is a game on.
The property is currently owned by Deborah Winter and was purchased by her parents John and Elise Potts in 1960.

Ms Winter has fond memories of growing up in the 6,409 sq. ft. home - and can remember watching some of football's biggest names.
She told the Manchester Evening News : "Of course, we were all Manchester United fans.
"Back then you could just go into the Cliff training ground and see the ‘Busby babes’ and talk to them and get autographs."
Ms Winter also recalled one particularly funny tale, involving the legendary manager Sir Matt Busby.
She said he returned to The Cliff one evening but had forgotten his keys - so asked her and her friend to climb over their garden wall.
Ms Winter continued: "We were always sitting on that big wall in the summer and Matt pulled up in a big posh car.
"We jumped down and opened the gate for him and he gave us a florin each (two shillings each).

"We saw him many times and he always gave us a smile and a wave.
"Then came George Best, Bobby Charlton, Nobby Stiles and so on, and we could watch all of them training from the windows of our home.
"Then later you had Cantona and Beckham et al.
"And of course, the security then was a different matter compared to my childhood and teens - security was very tight then."
The Manchester United first team used the training ground up until 1999, when they moved to a complex near Carrington.
Ms Winter said when her parents had bought the mansion it was derelict.
They did it up over the years, digging out the cellar to build the swimming pool and snooker room.

Inside, there are three large reception rooms and four bathrooms, but the property will need renovating and modernising throughout.
To the rear, there’s a large garden with a huge carport.
She added: "My hope for the house is that it will be a family home, a big happy close family like ours was when we all lived there."
The property is being sold by Purplebricks.
Local expert Andrew Burns, of the firm, said: "This historical house is truly unique in the area as it has remained a family home.

"It has many amazing features including its leisure suite and huge rear garden. It is also less than five miles from Manchester city centre.
"The fact that it’s adjacent to The Cliff and all the sporting history associated with the site would definitely suit a United fan who wants to bask in the glory days."
