A fire-ravaged house going up for auction at £40,000 will make the ultimate fixer-upper for buyers looking for a challenge.
The property in Walsall, Birmingham, won't even be inhabitable at first due to the scale of the damage.
But auctioneers at Taylor James have described the three-bedroom end-of-terrace house as having "excellent potential".
It comes after tonnes of junk was cleared from the front of the property, one of ten derelict sites in the area causing trouble for local residents, earlier this year.
Fly-tippers had previously left trash including mattresses, furniture, tyres, piping, children's toys, household and industrial waste in front of the house.
A bidding war for the burnt-out property is now set for Wednesday June 9 between 8am and 9am, Birmingham Live reports.
The move to auction the house has been welcomed by neighbours who watched as the mountainous pile of rubbish continued to grow.

Council bosses agreed to fund compulsory purchase order powers for the property and along with the nine others.
Resident and former Walsall Mayor Pete Smith said the fly-tipping had been a blight on the community for at least four years.
Mr Smith said last year: "I have been pressing for action on this property for a long time.
"Delays of various kinds, including the coronavirus restrictions, have delayed the much called for clean up of the site.
"I am concerned for the adjoining and nearby properties and residents in particular, should this property be attacked by arsonists.
"I thank the council for doing the work that the owner should have done some time ago."
A spokesman for Taylor James Auctions said: "A freehold fire-damaged three bedroom end of terrace house with excellent redevelopment potential".
