House hunters have joked a property on the market must have been designed by a three-year-old - but plenty of people admitted to loving the quirky design.
The riverside home, located in Kansas, US, was built in the 1930s, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, and was valued at £92,000 ($128,000) when the current owner put it up for sale for the first time in 27 years.
It boasts ample parking and a huge basement, which could easily be converted into additional rooms, but it's the spaces that have already been painted and decorated that are drawing attention.
The kitchen features white cabinets with red detailing, and the white brickwork surrounds appear to have been roughly coloured in with blue, red, green and yellow in a crayon effect.

The doorway has also been painted yellow with a blue trim; a theme that repeats throughout the property and is also used on the window frames.
Some rooms come with their own colour theme, as one has a green carpet and mint walls, while another is decorated with two shades of blue.
The main living area, however, escapes the brighter colours with light walls, a neutral carpet and wooden fixtures.
The listing on Zillow was shared on the Zillow Gone Wild Facebook page, where it racked up more than 800 comments as one person said: "I love it. It’s a cute idea but imma need them to commit and have each room a different colour. Not just the bedrooms."
A second wrote: "IT IS EVERY LEGO HOUSE I'VE EVER BUILT."
And another added: "At least they know their primary colours... sure it wasn’t a daycare?"
But not everyone was so keen, as a one replied: "If a Crayola box vomited into a house, you would have this."
A second wrote: "Someone please tell them they can paint with ALL the colours of the wind, not just primary and secondary", and a third said: "But whyyyy. You started with a perfectly good house. Why would you do that."
And someone else added: "This is what would happen if my 3 year old painted and decorated a house."
The full listing for the property reads: "Just imagine getting to live in one of Wichita's most desirable neighbourhoods and getting to put your personal mark on this home.
"It's been well cared for and loved for 27 years and now it's your turn! Here's your opportunity to get a sweet little riverside gem with little to no concern of the older homes.
"The basement has plenty of room to finish it out if you wanted to add in that additional square footage for usage or just have a bunch of extra storage!
"We will give everyone a chance to submit a fair offer for this opportunity but don't wait long or you might miss your chance to call this one your own. If you have to sleep on it, you may not get to sleep in it :)"
