House hunters were amazed by the price of a year-long rental for this "school bus apartment" in Co Kildare.
The two-bedroom, one bathroom "apartment" is based in the town of Kilcock comes with a double bed and kitchen facilities.
The school mini-bus was converted into a private living area, which was described as "very comfortable" by the seller.
It has been insulated and contains a shower, toilet, gas heater, hot and cold water, a TV, wifi and even a large storage area.
The property is "parked" beside a house where tenants are free to use washing machine and dryer facilities.
Pets are allowed and the landlord has no problem with smoking.
But if you're interested you'll have to be quick, as it has already been viewed 1,500 times since it was first listed just two days ago.
The property was also shared on Reddit and while the idea itself got a somewhat positive reaction, users were less than impressed with the cost.
One wrote: "It actually looks really nice, but that price! Jesus Christ, that's just a joke."
While another added: "In fairness it looks cozy, much more than my first student accommodation..."
