House goes on sale - but buyers spot appearance from a very unexpected guest

A gorgeous home nestled into a hillside woodland backdrop has been put on the market for a cool £818,000.

The house, which was built in California in 1939, features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with huge open plan living spaces and plenty of natural light.

It appears to be the perfect escape for any nature lovers, set within a towering forest and boasting picturesque views.

Photos of the secluded home were uploaded to the property website Zillow to advertise the sale, leaving potential buyers in awe of the idyllic listing.

But it's hard not to become distracted by stunning photos of the interior thanks to a bizarre appearance from a very unexpected guest.

Perhaps to demonstrate the natural wonders the location offers, among the usual photos you would expect to find in a property listing sit a selection of images featuring none other than Bigfoot.

Although the listing doesn't state whether it's one of the clearest sightings to be documented of the creature or simply someone wearing a realistic costume, it's certainly attracting a lot of attention.

Bigfoot is shown to enjoy a spot of reading on the decking, baking cookies in the kitchen, and putting its enormous feet up in the bedroom.

Proving to be far more proficient than many myths have given it credit for, the sasquatch also takes part in DIY, prunes the garden and makes time for a bit of self-care with a yoga session.

It's even shown to be aware and mindful of the current coronavirus crisis, donning a mask as its caught on camera leaving the home in a car.

Daniel Oster, the listing agent, told Bored Panda the idea to rope in Bigfoot had popped into his head during the initial photoshoot as way to bring a bit of enjoyment to those trawling through home listings.

The homeowners agreed to the plan and Daniel said: "A lot of folks are under a lot of stress now, and we were hoping to lighten people’s day and make them smile - at the same time, hoping to spread awareness of their home for sale.

"And that does indeed seem to be happening. We’ve had an overwhelming amount of interest in folks calling to schedule appointments to see the property. And, we are anticipating offers soon."
