NSW Fire and Rescue crews have had a busy 24 hours across the Hunter and Central Coast.
Monday's jobs kicked off with a solar panel fire at a house in Merewether about 11am, followed by a second small blaze call-out in the Newcastle area at 3pm.
By 6pm crews were sent out to reports of a vehicle fire on George Street, Marmong Point.
The vehicle was well alight when firefighters arrived on scene.

"Crews quickly deployed hose lines and extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby bushland," a statement from NSW Fire and Rescue said.
"The scene was made safe, and no further fire spread occurred."
Then, overnight a large-scale response was sent out to a house fire at Canton Beach on the Central Coast. The call came in at 4.20am on Tuesday June 9. Six trucks were sent to the scene, with fire engulfing the single-level home.
A NSW Fire and Rescue spokesperson said all occupants of the house were accounted for and firefighters managed to stop the blaze from spreading to neighbouring properties. Crews remained on scene until 7am when the site was handed over to fire investigators.
