House debates ‘process’ and ‘precedent’ for impeachment

The House voted 232-196 Thursday to adopt a resolution laying out procedures for the next, public stage of the Democrat’s impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. Before the vote, 33 members came to the floor and engaged in 90 minutes of spirited debate on the resolution.
