There's nothing like a bit of sun to cheer us up and we could be about to strike it lucky this weekend.
Temperatures are set to reach 25° on Friday after a week of cloud and rain.
July will be ending on a high note, with a morning and afternoon of sunshine.
Temperatures will be slowly increasing from 6am until around 3pm, according to BBC Weather.

The peak time to get your Vitamin D will be between 1pm and 3pm. From then onwards, it'll stay dry but the sun will be retreating back behind the clouds for the evening.
Rain is highly likely from around 9pm onwards so pack a jacket or umbrella. Even with the possible rain, temperatures will still be sitting at around 20°.
It'll then be a dull start to August with cloud and a moderate breeze on Saturday.
Temperatures will be back at 17° but at least it won't be raining and we can enjoy some of Glasgow's outdoor hospitality.
As ever, the weather is subject to change so keep an eye out for any drastic changes between now and Friday.
