The North East looks set to round off the Easter weekend with another day of fine sun.
According to the Met Office, the region should be set for a fine day with sunny spells on Easter Sunday. With many looking to spend the day with friends and family, many will be pleased to learn that the North East should see highs of 19 °C.
The pleasant weather has been a fixture over the Easter weekend so far with the conditions perfect for a few drinks while catching some rays. Thankfully, barring some cloud in the west of the region, this looks set to continue.

The Met Office is forecasting the following conditions for over the course of the day: "Early morning patchy mist and fog soon clearing to give another fine day on Easter Sunday, with the best sunny spells across more eastern areas.
"While still fine, western parts may see cloud thickening. Feeling rather warm by afternoon. Maximum temperature 19 °C."
As we head into the evening, you may want to pack a jumper or a jacket if you are planning on staying outside. As the night draws in, the Met Office have predicted that some rain could be in the offing. On top, the temperature is set to drop to a cool maximum of 5 °C by the evening.
The Met Office have forecast the following conditions: "Cloud spreading across from west with a band of rain and drizzle crossing all areas overnight. Some of this may be rather heavy across higher ground. Mostly dry by dawn. Minimum temperature 5 °C."
