Hour-by-hour Bristol weather forecast as rain delays Sri Lanka Bangladesh Cricket World Cup match

The Met Office is predicting more wet and miserable weather for today's Cricket World Cup match in Bristol .

Thousands of cricket fans are due to watch Sri Lanka take on Bangladesh at Bristol County Ground this morning (June 11) but downpours could threaten to delay the match.

The Met Office forecasts show there's up to a 90% chance of heavy rain until around 10am.

There's then a 50% chance of light rain for the rest of the day.

In the event of rain the match officials may initially choose to reduce the overs played for each team, rather than postpone the game immediately.

Spectators will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket price (excluding fees) in the event of a match of 15 overs or less and 50 per cent if there's between 15.1 and 29.5 overs.
