Hounslow stabbing: Man repeatedly knifed yards from police station as groups clash

A man was shot by armed police last night

A man was for fighting for life in hospital today after being repeatedly stabbed yards from a police station in west London.

Witnesses described seeing groups of men squaring up to each other at about 5am yesterday in Hounslow High Street, close to Hounslow police station.

The victim, 30, was found with multiple stab injuries and was in a critical condition in hospital today.

Ashfak Imran, a manager at nearby McDonald’s, said: “My staff are scared of coming in because of the stabbings. They don’t know what is going on here. It is crazy.”

Elsewhere, a man aged 28 was taken to hospital with stab wounds after police were called to Mordaunt Road, Harlesden, on Saturday.

There have been no arrests. Anyone with information about the incidents should call police on 101.
