Oakman Hotels is offering a room for the night for anyone spending £120 on food and drink in the restaurant and bar of any of their 14 hotels across the country.
In the north you can stay on the edge of the Lake District or in the heart of the Ribble Valley, in the south and there are hotels close to Warwick Castle, in the Cotswolds or near Windsor, Woburn and Oxford.
The Stay For Free deal is available Sunday to Friday until February 28, is subject to availability and excludes breakfast. Standard rooms are offered but upgrades are available.
