Hot water bottle could be the answer to sleepless nights during UK heatwave - but only if you use it correctly

With temperatures soaring to near-unbearable levels for many Brits, people are on the lookout for a solution to get a good night's sleep.

One unexpected tip that could be the answer to your prayers is using the old reliable hot water bottle. Sleep experts at French Bedroom have advised how people can make the most out of this winter tool to keep cool during the summer months.
