A hot tub pervert targeted several younger women at birthday gatherings, a court was told yesterday.
Daniel Crees left a 23-year-old shop worker “shocked and disgusted” when he sexually assaulted her in the outdoor tub.
She told Perth Sheriff Court that 46-year-old Crees used his foot to touch her private parts and demanded she take off her bikini top.
She said she later discovered he had used his foot to sexually assault other young women.
The alleged victim told the court there was a fracas involving Crees and others, and another woman at the party told her she had been attacked in same manner.
She said: “She was shocked and couldn’t believe what had happened.”
Crees of Canterbury, Kent, denies seven charges including carrying out sex attacks by touching women’s private parts while they were wearing swimsuits.
The incidents allegedly took place in the Perthshire village of Stanley in May and June 2019.
