LOS ANGELES _ Actor-producer Tobey Maguire and his estranged wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, have listed their artful compound in Santa Monica for sale at $2.995 million.
The three-house property centers on a 1920s home that was remodeled and expanded by architect Ruben Ojeda for a previous owner.
As part of the renovation, Ojeda vaulted the ceilings while adding a second floor to what was originally a small bungalow.
A two-story studio designed by architectural firm Koning Eizenberg and a third structure currently used as a gym also reside on grounds filled with drought-tolerant plantings and palms.
Large picture windows, skylights and 22-foot ceilings lend a light and airy vibe to the 2,401-square-foot main house, which has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A formal living room, an updated kitchen, a dining area and a den are among the common areas.
The property last changed hands a year ago for $2.675 million.
Maguire, 41, has starred in such films as "The Great Gatsby" (2013) and "Seabiscuit" (2003) as well as three installments of the "Spider-Man" franchise.
More recently, he appeared on the series "The Spoils of Babylon" and produced the film "The 5th Wave" (2016).
He and Meyer announced last month that they were separating after nine years of marriage.
