Being 'hot' or 'sexy' can mean different things to different people.
But to film and photography project Red Hot, it means naturally ginger and athletic with an 'awesome personality', EdinburghLive reports .
The project says it is looking to smash redhead stereotypes by showcasing men with ginger hair as "sexy and desirable".
It's now on the lookout for flame-haired fellows who have what it takes to be featured on their Red Hot European Boys 2020 calendar.
The calendar will showcase 12 glorious months of hot ginger men - along with dates and other important stuff.
To get the gig, you need to be a "red hot" natural ginger with an "athletic" physique and "awesome personality".
You will also have to be prepared to pose nude alongside equally handsome men.
This year's models will be jetting off to the Mediterranean island of Ibiza for the shoot come July - better pack that factor 50.
It is estimated gingers only make up around 2% of the population.
