174 people have been added to the coronavirus death toll in England, which now stands at 24,913. But in Leeds, no new deaths were recorded in Leeds hospitals in the last day - according to the latest NHS figures.
The total remains at 293 in the city, with four deaths recorded in the day before. Yorkshire-wide, 21 fatalities were confirmed in the last 24 hours, with the most deaths coming in the Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust which runs Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield and Dewsbury and District Hospital.
Patients were aged between seven and 102 years old. Six of the 174 patients (aged between 45 and 90) had no known underlying health condition.
Their families have been informed.
