DI Malone will go to sickening lengths to demonstrate his power to Cain Dingle tonight on Emmerdale after he dares square up to the crooked cop.
Earlier this week, the detective tried to set a trap up for Will, played by Dean Andrews, to push him into doing another drugs job for him.
But Will's anxiety began to get the better of him over the increasing stress of the situation and when Cain discovered a hidden package in Malone's car, he insisted that he would be having a little 'chat' with Malone.
Tonight, Will is terrified by the prospect but a cocky Cain (Jeff Hordley) is adamant that he'll scare Malone (Mark Womack) off.
The pair end up meeting up in a layby and when Cain tells Malone to back off, the detective does not take it well.
When Cain returns to the village, he is horrified to see the garage trashed and Moira's bull brutally killed.
He heads up to the farm to check on Moira but is disconcerted when he sees that Malone is already at the farm acting as a detective.
Malone goes on to sinisterly pose questions about whether there is anyone who could be holding a grudge against him.
Cain is shaken - what else is Malone going to do next?
