Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha build and ascension guide

The best Honkai: Star Rail Natasha build keeps your team alive and kicking with almost no effort involved on your part. This underground doctor and secret leader of Wildfire follows the Path of Abundance, and she deals physical damage with an immense gun. She’s also a free character once you reach a certain point in the RPG. Her healing kit is so good that you’ll likely want her on your team at all times, and she earned a top spot in our Star Rail tier list.

Honka Star Rail – Natasha: skills

Natasha’s skill is Love, Heal, and Choose, and it heals a single ally based on Natasha’s maximum HP. The target will restore a smaller amount of health over the following two turns as well.

Her ultimate, Gift of Rebirth, heals the entire party based on Natasha’s max HP. Her setup is pretty straightforward and focuses entirely on keeping the team alive, but if you’re running a team with no Preservation characters, that’s exactly what you need.

Natasha’s talent is Innervation, an ability that boosts her healing power whenever she targets an ally with 30 percent HP or less.

Natasha’s Eidolons increase her healing efficacy even further and help her play a stronger role in battle. Her first Eidolon activates a self-healing ability once per battle, while the second lets Gift of Rebirth provide healing for another turn to any ally at 30 percent HP or lower. The fourth Eidolon regenerates five extra energy when Natasha is attacked, while the final one adds extra damage to her basic attack based on 40 percent of her max HP.

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: Best Light Cones

Natasha’s signature Light Cone is Post-Op Conversation, and as you’d probably expect, it’s a strong option for her. It boosts energy regeneration rate and healing when she uses her ultimate, so your party will rarely want for health.

Time Waits for No One is an even better choice, though. This 5-star Light Cone increases the wearer’s maximum HP and healing, and since Natasha’s healing scales on her HP anyway, that’s a very good thing for her. Once per turn record, this Light Cone will convert the outgoing healing value for a heal and deal damage to a random enemy based on that amount when the character healed by the wearer makes an attack.

Warmth Shortens Cold Nights is another 4-star alternative. This one boosts the user’s max HP and provides a small amount of extra healing when they use a skill or basic attack. For 3-stars, we recommend Cornucopia, as it boosts all outgoing healing.

Best Light Cones for Natasha:

  • Time Waits for No One (5-Star)
  • Post-Op Conversation (4-Star)
  • Warmth Shortens Cold Nights (4-Star)
  • Shared Feeling (4-Star)
  • Cornucopia (3-Star)
  • Multiplication (3-Star)

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: Best Relics

HP and healing are the two most important stats to boost with Relics. Speed is also handy, since it means Natasha can heal more often, and you’ll also want to toss some extra energy regeneration in there.

Best Relic Sets for Natasha:

  • Passerby of Wandering Cloud (4) – +10 percent Outgoing healing, recovers one skill Point at the start of battle.

Best Planar Ornaments for Natasha:

  • Fleet of the Ageless (2) – +12 percent maximum HP, +8 percent attack for all allies when the wearer’s speed is 120 or higher.
  • Sprightly Vonwacq (2) – +5 percent energy regeneration rate, the wearer’s action gets advanced forward by 40 percent upon entering battle when their speed is 120 or higher.

Prioritize the following Relic and Planar Ornament stats for Natasha:

  • Head – HP (Primary), HP  percent, speed, Effect Resistance  percent, Defense  percent
  • Hands – attack (Primary), HP  percent, HP, speed, Effect Resistance  percent
  • Body – Outgoing healing  percent (Primary),  HP  percent, HP, speed, Effect Resistance  percent
  • Feet – HP  percent (Primary), HP, speed, Effect Resistance  percent, Defense  percent
  • Planar Sphere – HP  percent (Primary), HP, speed, Effect Resistance  percent, Defense  percent
  • Link Rope – energy regeneration rate  percent (Primary), HP  percent, HP, speed, Effect Resistance  percent

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: Best teams

Natasha is useful on basically any team that needs a healer, which is most of them without Gepard. While Bailu is technically the better healer, she isn’t free. Natasha is good enough to focus on for the available story and endgame content, so don’t feel like you have to throw Stellar Jade at banners to get Bailu.

  • Seele (Main DPS), Bronya (Support), Pela (Support), Natasha (Healer)

This is one of the best teams you can build as of the launch version, and it really benefits from having Natasha, as there’s no defensive support at all here. The same applies to pretty much any DPS or status effect team you might build, whether it includes the best of the best or not.

Honkai: Star Rail – Natasha: Ascension materials

Natasha requires the following ascension materials to get to level 80.

  • Credits x246,000
  • Ancient Part x12
  • Ancient Spindle x13
  • Ancient Engine x12
  • Broken Teeth of Iron Wolf x50

You can collect Ancient Parts, Ancient Spindles, and Ancient Engines from enemies in the Robot Settlement or the Great Mine and in the Simulated Universe. You can create or exchange them through the Omni-Synthesizer on the Astral Express as well. Ancient Parts are one of the base materials you can easily farm through the Daily Assignments, so don’t neglect those either.

Broken Teeth of Iron Wolf drop from Stagnant Shadow in the Great Mine. The best source of Credits is the Great Mine Golden Calyx.

Natasha requires the following materials to upgrade her combat abilities and Traces:

  • Credits x2,400,000
  • Ancient Part x28
  • Ancient Spindle x42
  • Ancient Engine x42
  • Seed of Abundance x12
  • Sprout of Life x54
  • Flower of Eternity x105
  • Guardian’s Lament x12
  • Tracks of Destiny x5

Seed of Abundance, Sprout of Life, and Flower of Eternity come from the Calyx at Backwater Pass, and as always, you can create the high-level materials by investing lower-level materials in the Omni-Synthesizer on the Astral Express.

Guardian’s Lament is a rarer material only gained from the Echo of War (Everwinter Hill) domain, while Tracks of Destiny can be obtained during time-limited events, the Embers Exchange, the Nameless Honor, or as a Simulated Universe Points Reward.

Check out our Honkai Star Rail codes list if you need some extra Jade for more tickets to try and get more of Natasha’s Eidolons.
