Popular Hong Kong pop icon G.E.M. will perform the official anthem for the League of Legends Worlds 2025 during the Opening Ceremony at Chengdu’s Dong’an Lake Sports Park Indoor Gymnasium, joined by a star-studded lineup of singers set to bring the arena to life.
Unlike last year, which focused on T1 defending their throne, the Worlds 2025 music video will spotlight legendary players, iconic teams, and unforgettable outplays, honoring the legacy of LoL Esports since 2011.

G.E.M. is one of the most popular singers in the world. She hails from Hong Kong in China and has over 120 original tracks under her belt. She also holds the Guinness World Record for most views on a Chinese MV for her hit “Light Years Away.” The singer’s “I AM GLORIA” world tour got her in the top four highest-grossing female tours globally.
Speaking on the occasion, G.E.M. said she is honored to be playing the anthem for Worlds 2025. “Having followed LoL Esports for some time, I’ve been deeply moved by the fighting spirit on stage. The courage to sacrifice for the team and the strength to hold on to one’s beliefs resonate with me not only as an artist but also as someone who has risen against the odds and poured everything into pursuing a dream. I hope to capture that spirit through music and share it with fans all around the world.”
In addition to G.E.M., the EDM maestro and a legend of his craft, Anyma will be headlining with his techno compositions and breathtaking visuals. He has performed at multiple high-octane events such as Tomorrowland and Ultra, and recently, he became the first electronic music artist to hold a residency at Sphere Las Vegas.
“I’ve been an avid gamer all my life, so headlining Worlds 2025 is a real honor. Riot Games’ consistent storytelling on such a large scale feels truly limitless,” Anyma said.
The Opening Ceremony for the grand finals in Chengdu also features supporting performances by TEYA and Chrissy Costanza. While TEYA is known for waves at Eurovision 2023 and delivering viral hits, with her music tackling topics like female empowerment, social critique, and personal growth in her harmonic music, Chrissy Costanza is no stranger to League fans.
Chrissy has delivered hits like Legends Never Die and Phoenix and even other gaming projects for games such as Marvel Rivals, Final Fantasy XVI, and, most recently, Genshin Impact. China hosted Worlds back in 2020. Five years later, the show will combine music, storytelling, and cutting-edge production to mark the esports’ most significant milestone yet, with its 15th anniversary on the cards.
Worlds 2025 starts in China on Oct. 15 and concludes on Nov. 9 in Chengdu, with the grand finals.
