Honeysuckle development Doma offers commercial spaces

TENANCIES for hospitality, retail and commercial operators in Newcastle's newest mixed-use development at Honeysuckle are listed for sale and lease through Colliers.

Tenancies for commercial, retail or hispitality spaces at Huntington at 35 Honeysuckle Drive are available for sale or lease through Colliers.

Huntington at 35 Honeysuckle Drive offers premium waterfront apartments and more than 1,500 square metres of hospitality, retail and commercial spaces.

Tenancies range from 56 to 448 square metres internally which are suitable for a range of uses.

The development features external dining areas that are available with exclusive use, as well as basement storage and parking for each tenancy.

External areas feature a combination of electric operable louvres, wind and rain-breaking retractable blinds and lighting, reducing tenancy fit-out costs and increasing year-round operational capacity.

High-end male, female and accessible amenities have also been completed for the exclusive use of retail occupants and their patrons and clients, allowing for more efficient use of internal space planning and fit-out.

"Newcastle has not seen a quality waterfront retail precinct of this calibre delivered in the last decade," said Colliers listing agent Michael Chapman.

"We are incredibly excited to assist in the curation of these premium spaces and look forward to seeing the precinct come to life."

The Honeysuckle precinct overlooking Newcastle Harbour has undergone substantial growth and development in recent years.

The waterfront location is home to large-scale commercial buildings and residential developments including Lume apartments, together with Huntington, and the Horizon project which is currently under construction.

Collectively, these projects are adding approximately 350 apartments and 1,750 square metres of retail space, further transforming the foreshore promenade.

The west end of the promenade has undergone significant improvements recently, with Cottage Creek receiving an attractive makeover.

Upgrades include the addition of an uninterrupted pathway extending 11 kilometres from Wickham Marina through to Merewether.
