Looking for the next burger that will not only satisfy your cravings but delight your mouth all at once? Well summer is about to get a little more exciting as British burger brand Honest Burgers has announced the launch of a spectacular limited-edition summer special in collaboration with the nation’s favourite indulgent French cheese, Boursin.
Launching ahead of National Burger Day (27th August), the delicious dish will be available for a limited time only across Honest Burgers’ restaurants nationwide, the special can be found in UK hotspots including London, Brighton, Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff, from the 4th – 31st August.

The burger will be presented in Honest Burgers locations as the Steak Frites burger, and features Honest beef, smoked bacon, Boursin cheese, shoestring fries, steak sauce, red onion and pickles. Eat-in with a portion of homemade rosemary salted chips for £12.50.
It’s a flavoursome first from Boursin, the limited-edition Boursin burger is available for delivery or collection, as well as eating in, perfect for a picnic in park or takeaway with friends. The decadent French-themed special combines a silky, green steak sauce (a recreation of one of France’s best kept secret sauces) with the smooth and indulgent flavour of Boursin Garlic & Herbs – resulting in a culmination of French heritage in one amazing burger.
Featuring Boursin in its purest form, the bottom bun is generously smothered with creamy yet crumbly, deliciously bold Boursin cheese, followed by Honest Burgers’ chopped chuck steak and rib cap patty, with smoked streaky bacon to complement the garlic flavour of Boursin, French steak sauce, red onions and pickle. To finish it off, it even comes topped with a generous handful of homemade shoestring fries, paying homage to the classic steak-frites.
