Honda Just Built a TT-Winning Fireblade You’ll Probably Never Get Your Hands On

Superbikes are always exciting, but when they’re directly tied to real racing success, they hit a different level of cool. That’s exactly why this Honda is such a big deal. The CBR has been part of the Isle of Man TT story for decades, surviving one of the toughest environments any motorcycle can be thrown into. The TT turns motorcycles into legends, and it turns riders into myth.

And this time around, Honda decided to bottle some of that magic and offer it to just 12 very lucky people.

Dean Harrison is a huge part of why this replica exists. He’s one of those riders who seems built for the TT. Born in Bradford, now living on the island itself, he grew up surrounded by road racing thanks to his father, Conrad Harrison, a TT-winning sidecar racer. Dean started racing at 18 and carved out a name for himself as one of the most natural road racers of his generation. He has five TT wins, multiple podiums, and a ridiculous ability to carry speed where most riders start thinking about their life choices. And in 2025, he showed everyone he’s not just a roads guy by doing well in BSB Supersport on a CBR600RR. The man can ride anything fast.

His Superstock Fireblade this year was an absolute weapon. The base bike already has everything going for it. The 2025 CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP is the kind of machine that feels like it rolled out of a MotoGP R&D meeting. The aero wings aren’t just for show, the chassis is razor-sharp, and the four-cylinder engine uses a clever 2-motor Throttle-by-Wire system to boost mid-range drive while still screaming its lungs out at the top. It’s a bike that comes alive the faster you go.

It also helps that Honda threw the best hardware in the business at it. Up front, you get Öhlins S-EC03 electronic suspension that constantly adjusts itself based on load and road conditions. Braking is handled by Brembo Stylema R calipers, the same stuff you’ll find on top-tier race bikes. Cornering ABS has a dedicated RACE setting tuned for aggressive riding. Everything is built around stability, confidence, and the ability to survive a 200 mph blast down the mountain.

Now take that and add Harrison’s TT setup to the mix. Honda UK basically said, “Let’s build what Dean rode… but make it legal for 12 normal humans.” So each replica gets the full Race Replica livery, down to the smallest detail. A numbered headstock plaque marks its exclusivity. Honda also adds useful accessories that TT teams genuinely rely on, like a tall screen for better wind protection, a rear seat cowl, and an HRC oil filler cap because even small touches matter.

Protection is dialed in, too. You get GB Racing engine covers straight out of the endurance racing playbook, Evotech radiator guards to save your cooling system from debris, and a brake lever guard for peace of mind during track days. Even the paddock stand bobbins are upgraded. The bike comes fitted with Metzeler rubber, and Honda gives you the OE tires as spares, which honestly feels like a classy touch.

And then there’s the gear. Each buyer gets a Shoei X-SPR Pro Dean Harrison edition helmet, signed by the man himself. You also get a Gee-Tech Fireblade paddock stand and a custom garage mat so the bike looks like it belongs in a factory pit box. It’s a proper package, not just a sticker-slapped limited model.

This whole project is Honda’s way of celebrating a rider at the top of his game and a bike that dominated the world’s most demanding road race. It’s part tribute, part collectible, part rolling trophy. And like most limited-run superbikes with real racing DNA, all 12 units will probably end up in the private collections of some of the world’s most die-hard superbike fans.
