Homicide squad seek man after fatal Canning Vale street brawl

Police want to speak with a man over a massive brawl in Perth's south earlier this month in which a number of teenagers were injured and one boy killed when he was run down by a car.

A fight between rival groups erupted in a McDonald's restaurant on the corner of Nicholson and Ranford roads about 3:20pm on December 7.

A 16-year-old boy was stabbed in the melee.

The violence later spiralled out of the restaurant, culminating when a 20-year-old woman allegedly ran down a group of teenagers at a bus stop, hitting and killing Jacob Cummins, 17.

Aya Hishmeh, 20, appeared in court on December 9 charged with murdering Jacob and unlawfully trying to kill four others.

A 35-year-old Armadale man has been charged with intent to do grievous bodily harm and unlawful wounding in relation to the McDonald's stabbing.

Police now want to speak with another man, pictured on CCTV at the fast food restaurant, who they believe can assist with their inquiries.

Detectives also want anyone who was in the restaurant at the time of the incident to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
