Homes with multiple rooms for sale in Dublin for under €150,000

It has emerged that the average price of a house in Dublin in June was €369,000.

There were fears - or hopes - that the pandemic would spark a huge drop in the cost of a house.

Property prices across the country did fall in the year to June, but only by 3.3%.

And rents continued to rise in Dublin, with the average monthly rent of a house at €2,023, a survey by Daft.ie found.

With the cost of renting a home still sky high, it's understandable people are looking to buy.

So here is a list of five homes currently on the market in Dublin which house-hunters could purchase for nearly €220,000 less than the present average price.
