Early buyers can snap up a three-bedroom property from £460,000 or a 4-bedroom home starting at £490,000 with the opportunity to tailor aspects including the kitchen units, choice of floor covering and tile colour.
Both types offer open-plan living with a flexible design, have allocated parking or a private garage and also have visitor parking available.
The homes feature a private balcony or terrace, green open space and direct access to the adjacent Mina Road Park.
According to developers, Acorn Property Group and Galliard Home, the new collection of houses on the four-acre industrial site will be ready to move into later this summer.
In addition, the new homes use renewable timber frame construction and will include smart meters, a sustainable drainage system, double-glazed argon gas filled windows to maximise each home’s insulation, secure cycle storage, and PV solar panels and electric charging points to some homes.
