Each burglary happened between June 6 and July 11, police said.

Chicago police are warning people living in Ravenswood of three residential burglaries reported in June and July on the North Side.

In each incident, someone was able to break into the front or side doors of residences during the daytime hours and steal property, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The incidents happened between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. June 6 in the 4300 block of North Paulina Street, and at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. July 11 in the 4400 block of North Rockwell Street, police said.

The suspect is described as a male 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, 230-270 pounds with short black hair, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Area North detectives at 312-744-8263.
