Homebase is selling a 7ft inflatable Christmas dinosaur, and it's cheaper than Aldi's £50 offering. The retailer has slashed the price of the decoration for a limited time only.
The 7ft colourful inflatable has been reduced to £40, down from £80, and is currently cheaper than Aldi's T-Rex version which is priced at £49.99, the Manchester Evening News reports. Ideal for those who want to go all out with their Christmas decorations this year, the 7ft dinosaur is made from waterproof polyester and features static lights.
As well as being a bargain for those who want to keep the cost down this festive season, Homebase say the inflatable's running cost is less than 1p per hour, based on a 50p kWh tariff. The prehistoric creature is best placed outdoors in the garden or at the front of the house and its sure to make the neighbours jealous this year.
The dinosaur even wears a festive hat and stands with three colourful presents that also light up on its back. Homebase recommends users to take the inflatable down if hit with strong winds, snow or heavy rain, although it is waterproof it can't withstand all weather elements.
The product description states shoppers may need a weatherproof box with an extension lead if they want to position it further outdoors. Shoppers who buy the item online here can get next-day delivery for orders before 4pm Sunday to Friday. Buyers can also opt to collect in store for free by checking their local store for stock here.
The deal won't last long though, as the £40 price runs out on November 9 so shoppers will need to be quick to get it at this price.
